Positive Perceptions uses a process known as HDR or High-Dynamic Range imaging to produce amazing photos that will give your listing a great first impression. This is accomplished by taking multiple photos of each image in different exposure settings. Using software, we can then take the best pixels from each composite photo and merge them together into one final tapestry that is remarkable.
Our Story
Basic Training Honor Graduate
Nathan was born and raised in Mulberry, FL. After serving in the United States Air Force from 2001-2005, Nathan chased a childhood dream of settling down in east Tennessee.
University of Tennessee Alum (Bachelor in Finance)
In 2010, Nathan graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor's in Finance, and the following year married his wife-Jill.
He pursued a real estate career which was challenging, but it eventually opened the door to start a photography business.
One day, while scrolling through search results for his buyers, Nathan started to notice a common trend-bad MLS photos. After several months of searching, his buyers ended up renting because they could not find anything that looked or felt like home.
It was then he decided to take action to help agents get their listings professionally marketed at a reasonable price. Agents began to notice the power of professional photography and a decrease in their days-on-market. Perception is reality, and our mission is to ensure that every agent has the opportunity to market every listing with a Positive Perception so that it can SELL!
